A bus accident in Barangay Aplaya, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental, claimed the lives of a motorcycle rider and his live-in partner on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
CCTV footage showed the couple traveling along the national highway when a dog suddenly crossed their path.
In a report by GMA Network’s ‘One Mindanao’ via GMA Regional TV, the motorcycle slipped after hitting the animal, causing the victims to be thrown into the opposite lane. A passenger bus happened to be approaching, and both were run over.
